I had my hair done by Trish and she did a fantastic job. My hair had multiple colours in it and she did a great job fixing the colour of my hair. It went from multiple shades of red and the roots were dark brown to a nice soft brown. I recommend this salon, because of the great service and the expertise of the staff. They are also very polite and courteous, as well as make great conversation. Heather C.

Kaylee is truly a curly hair artist! Every time she cuts my hair, she shapes it in a way that frames my face so beautifully and highlights my best features. She just gets curls and how to bring out their natural beauty.

But beyond her skill with the scissors, it's such a joy to sit in her chair. Kaylee always takes the time to educate me on how to care for and style my curls at home, so they stay looking salon-fresh for weeks after my appointment. I always leave feeling confident and empowered to manage my hair between visits.

If you’ve got curls, go see Kaylee—you will not regret it. She is amazing!

I was introduced to this service by a friend and attended the appointment as a support. Our appointment was with Cindy and I was blown away by her knowledge, professionalism and ability to make us all feel like this was a regular girls day out of shopping! The experience was educational, but also fun, considering the reason we were there. Cindy is a wonderful asset to your company, knowledgeable, down to earth and she took the sigma out of wig shopping. Thank you Cindy for making us all feel “normal” if only for a short while!

I had extensions installed at City Looks recently, and the results were terrible. I'm attaching photos, along with the email I sent to the owner. I never received a reply—very disappointing. If you look through other negative reviews, you’ll see that poor customer service is a pattern here. They simply ignore problems.

I don’t feel they care about their clients and would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I ended up visiting a second salon, and the stylist was shocked by the condition of the extensions.
Here’s the email I sent:

Dear: Farzana Esmail,

I recently had tape-in extensions installed at your salon by Johanna on March 12th. Unfortunately, I have some serious concerns about the quality of the extensions. I went to another salon for a second opinion on the 17th and was advised that they should not look the way they did after less than a week.

The main issues were that the attachment points were left white, which was very noticeable against my dark brown hair. I had no idea of this as Johanna did not tell me. I found out from my husband when he noticed it while we were out to dinner that evening; I was mortified.
The other issue is that the extensions were extremely dry and stiff. I was told they would soften after a wash yet they did not. They would not move naturally and did not look like natural hair at all (please see photos attached). Despite proper care they always looked messy.

I have since had them removed and new extensions installed elsewhere. The difference is enormous. They are soft and silky and look like real hair.

Given that I paid over $1000, I believe a significant refund would be appropriate. I would appreciate it being processed back to my original payment method. Please let me know if you need any further details from me.
